What about good ole’ reliable Bob “you discuss THESE kinds of topics?” Costas?
Comment by Charles — September 21, 2005 @ 12:39 am
I’m not a fan of either. But, I would prefer Rather over Costas. He has no business being on LKL unless the topic is sports. And of course he approves of the “sports related topic” !

Rather is a perfect for CNN, and that’s not meant as a compliment to either CNN or Rather.

I like Dan Rather, but isn’t it kind of beneath him to host a weekend program on CNN that has seen better days, even if it is just one time?

Time to but Kleenex stock!

I would imagine Dan Rather is glad to get any spot on tv.

I wonder why they don’t just run bars and tone? The ratings would go up! Hey is they replaced LKL with B-n-T the ratings would go up!

I really think that Fox News should hire Dan Rather and Larry King . That way they could look just like CCN. Hell
they hired Chris Wallace , and the rest of the liberal news
makers.

Carpy - Do you remember when Paula Zahn was hosting a town hall meeting during the 2004 elections and CNN’s air went black for about 15 minutes and it turned out that more people tuned in to the black screen than Paula Zahn? People actually turned off the TV when Paula Zahn came back on the air.

I would Rather not watch Rather.

The meaningless standing in for the meaningless…

Another twosome made in heaven - the senile and the stupid.
It is painful to watch the failing of Larry King. It is time for him to get off of the stage while he still has some dignity. He followed his young wife to Imus’ show recently to watch her sing.
And what can one say about the ultimate loser, Dan Rather?
Geeze.

I’ve seen LK and his wife on at least a half dozen shows in the last couple of days. I can’t believe how hard he is pimping his wife’s singing career. But then again, maybe I can!
