Maybe Roberts will withdraw his nomination after all?
With widow Anna Nicole Smith’s estate case appeal being accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court, it was only a matter of when Olbermann would say something. And sure enough, tonight we got the first installment of Anna Nicole Smith Puppet Theatre….

Anna Nicole Smith, isn’t a divorcee, she was a widow. And imo, should be allowed 1/2 of her husbands estate, whether he put her in his will or not. The son, who is fighting her, had NO relationship with his father, whatsoever in the years before his death…and she was the one that was taking care of him. I say give the woman 1/2 of the estate, and the son can have the other half.
