Delay withdraws…

Yeah, I’m late getting to this. I was out at a “Hockey Day In Canada” house party which, as anyone who gets NHL Center Ice will tell you, is an all day long affair…

Johnny Dollar emails in to note who broke the news about Tom DeLay withdrawing from seeking a return to Majority Leader…

FNC broke in with a News Alert at 12:17 pm: Tom DeLay will not seek to regain his post as majority leader. Five minutes later, at 12:22, MSNBC had the story. A minute after that, the “world’s news leader” limped into third place.

Um, I wouldn’t call being six minutes behind “limping in”. Being half an hour behind to report the Abramoff plea bargain on the other hand…

  1. Hmm…something tells me FNC had this one in the bag. Sure Delay would give the Republican News Network the scoop before anyone else.

And spud, really dissappointing that u and tv newser give Johnny Dollar the time of day since his biases really really is toward one channel and one channel only.
