					<description>Yup...here in Canada the MSNBC feed does NOT have that little block, so we're getting the non-Olympic feed I'm guessing (can't wait to see MSNBC docs during the Olympics!!)</description>

And it's used to ID a specific feed to cable MSOs.  Last time it was to ID the digital feed.  I would imagine it has something to do with the upcoming split Olympic feed.</description>
