A week in the life of Anderson…
Newsweek has Anderson Cooper’s typical weekly schedule…or not…
The anchor of CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360°” spends so much time on the road, he was hard pressed to come up with a firm schedule.
“I’ve stopped making plans—like dinners with friends, vacations—because my schedule changes at the last minute. I try not to think about where I’m going until I’m on the plane getting there. Even though we are overseas, we still have a nightly live show to do so I am always working on two different time zones: American time plus the place I am in.”

Big hairy deal - and, who really cares anyway???!!!

I wonder how many weekly meetings he has started to have with Jon Klein now that his numbers are going down.

I just don’t know about ratings. I think Tucker Carlson’s got a great program, yet his ratings are abysmal. Cooper’s program seems decent, much better than Aaron Brown (in my opinion, anyway), yet he’s having problems, esp. in the demo. Go figure.

Anderson Cooper is the best anchorman in the business right now. He is admired by his excellent reporting and his compassion with the difficult cases like the Dec. 2005 tsunami in Indonesia, the Sago mine disaster and the Katrina hurricane, to name a just few.
