Q2 Numbers: CNN’s primetime Demo decline

CNN’s primetime lineup’s Demo ratings declined across the board from 8-11 pm in Q2 2006 vs. Q2 2005. Paula Zahn Now was down 28%, Larry King Live was down 29%, and Anderson Cooper 360 was down 3% vs. the 2005 Demo numbers for the program that occupied that timeslot at the time, Newsnight with Aaron Brown.   1. Oh how cute, the FNC PR team doesn’t want to face the facts FNC is the one on the ‘de-klein’. Boy guys, no wonder the titanic is slowly sinking. They are too busy paying attention to everybody else.

  2. Cable News Watcher, what on earth is your obsession with FNC? These charts are basically comparing CNN over time, CNN vs. MSNBC, etc. Since you’re probably primarily an MSNBC viewer (most of whom have a certain condescending way about themselves), you’re probably just beaming with pride to read that MSNBC’s highest rated program is…..
