Brigitte Quinn not on maternity leave…
An FNC spokesperson let ICN know that Brigitte Quinn is not on maternity leave, as was incorrectly reported by the TV Newser blog. Quinn asked to have her hours cut back so that she may deal with a personal family issue. Her request has been granted, so viewers will see less of her each week on FNC.
I think this is where Brian complains about Fox not talking to him again…

Well if they would talk to him he would get it right. BUT as we all know FNC PR has probably wished him well. Too bad FNC PR picks and chooses who they talk too. I guess you have to suck up to them to get any attention from them.

How could tvnewser.com not know if an anchor, who is on the air daily, was 8-9 months pregnant, 40-60 lbs. heavier, and then on maternity leave? Seems like somebody is very, very out of touch.

Chris Knowles’ bio is still on the FNC website. I think if he had been fired there would be more about it than an anonymous rumor.

FNC didn’t shoot down the Chris Knowles rumor like they did BQ. Gee, I wonder why that is, perhaps TVN is right on that part.

If Chris Knowles is gone from Fox, I wonder if Kiran is going to follow him? I’ve always thought that hiring two people who have relations to one another, whether they be married to each other or have some other family ties, is a bad idea to start with. My reason is this…..if one person is fired, then the other one is going to be in a real tight spot with their spouse if they continue to work for the company that fired them. I just think it causes a lot of problems.
