Yea…after last night, they sure can’t expect Kimberely (whatever her last name is now) to be able to carry serious news. Her show last night was a joke. Hey did you know that Joran Van Der Sloot was spotted on an Aruban beach with a blonde? Then of course Beth Twitty had to have some face time on TV……after all the war in the mid east is cutting into her last 15 mins!

Is that what her show was about last night?? I’ve completely given up on even trying to watch that show. Whenever Spud gets around the the FNC question of the weekend I know what my answer will be…

H&C and Greta were on for a third Sunday! They haven’t had too many days off the past three weeks. Good for them! They and Shep and I’m sure many behind the scenes at FNC have showed real dedication to their work and their viewers! That’s the story here.
Kimberly and the Line-Up are another story. And ‘The Factor’ bumped War Stories the past two Sundays, but they didn’t even have Bill O’Reilly. Tonight’s War Stories was good and was relevant to what is currently going on.
I don’t blame Bill O’Reilly for putting his show on the past two Sundays without O’Reilly himself. FNC management put the show on, and it’s not in his contract to work Sundays, so he has every right to say no. Kimberly Guilfoyle was hired to do a tabloid show about crime. Wars aren’t her thing, and never have been. Instead of being mad at her for not being a natural at war coverage, my suggestion is to just change the channel. Instead, you two bash Alan, Greta, and Sean for their dedication. I don’t get it.

erljr, I hope you weren’t referring to me as “bashing Alan, Greta, and Sean for their dedication.” I was merely referring to the fact that I don’t watch The Line-Up anymore because I don’t like the show. I don’t expect her to do war coverage, and I’m not mad at her.
I LIKE the fact that they are putting H&C and Greta on during the weekend, so please direct your comments at someone else.

Can’t wait for the “bash FNC” week. I am a devoted fan, but am eager to get rid of the awful Kimberly Guilfoyle.
Maybe she will take an extended, extended maternity leave.
Oops! Back to the real subject. I like the live shows on FNC on Sunday nights. Expect that I would exile the monstrous Alan Colmes on to the same island with Kimberly G.

Okay OverHere. I shouldn’t have said ‘you two.’ These strings of responses to posts get way off subject way too often. I read the post and thought, “Good for A, G, & S.” Then the first response is to bash Kimberly Guilfoyle; and your response is to back up the first one.
I don’t watch her or Greta regularly, because that’s not my thing. But why bash either one for not totally changing their format for the war when there are plenty of other news choices around? Did “Entertainment Tonight” change it’s format?
If Kimberly Guilfoyle is a lousy anchor for a crime show, say so. If you hate her for the subject matter, that’s another issue. I didn’t really care for Geraldo and Rita on weekend prime time either.

I don’t “hate” Kimberly Guilfoyle, I don’t know her. I do not like her show and I don’t watch it. I don’t expect her to change her format. I do like Greta’s show and I watch it as often as I’m able to stay awake for it, but I also don’t expect her to change her format. She’s been using the same format as always lately, just covering the Israel-Lebanon conflict almost exclusively instead of the wide range (or sometimes not so wide range) of crime/missing person stories. I have no problem with Greta.
However, I see your point about the response not being relevant to Spud’s original post, so point taken on that one.

Poster Number 6
I admitted in my post that I had gottn off the subject of the original post!
The first lesson on responding is to stay on the subject.
I just took that shot at Kimberly because her show is so bad!! It really had nothing to do with the original post.
MEA CULPA.
