Monday’s Numbers…

Countdown flat out beat Paula Zahn Now in both the P2+ and P 25-54 categories, coming in 2nd for the hour behind O’Reilly. I’m not sure but I think it may be the highest P2 number the show has turned in this year on a non-breaking news day. But that big number wasn’t enough to prevent HLN from beating MSNBC in primetime…

  1. “Conversations w/ Eisner - a scratch with 60,000 viewers (a scratch with 43,000)”

My god CNBC pumped this show up like there was no tomorrow and that’s all it got!?!

  2. Oh, and funny how Big O was so strong, yet HLN beat them BOTH in the PT 2+ and demo numbers…

  3. HLN “beat” who? Looks to me like this was only the first or second night since Nancy turned “all-suicide-all-the-time” that KO has “beaten” her. And 300,000 in the demo looks to be more than anything on CNN except Larry & Oprah & friends.

  5. Anonymous, Go back and look at your #s. Big O O’Reilly and Big O Olbermann took #s 1 and 2 in their slots. HLN did NOT “beat them BOTH in the PT 2+ and demo numbers..”

  6. Maybe Anonymous (poster #2) meant to say that Glenn Beck’s two showings (in 000): 371+437=808 total; 139+175=314 demo viewers beat Olbermann’s 679 total/300 demo viewers?
