October Numbers: CNN’s Broken Government specials…
TVNewser has the numbers on CNN’s Broken Government specials last week and notes that they’re up vs. the regular 8pm programming. This may be true, however I think MSNBC might disagree that the specials’ success, at least at 8pm, is “indisputable” since on Friday Countdown beat Broken Government in both P2+ and the Demo at 8pm, beat CNN Presents in the Demo Thursday, and was competitive with Broken Government in the Demo on Tuesday, and CNN Presents on Wednesday.
Bragging rights aside, I would say it is “indisputable” that CNN’s specials last week brought in more viewers than normally tune in at that time period…
