Smith in Jordan: Update…
FNC announced that Shepard Smith will begin his Jordanian broadcasts starting Tuesday…
Fox News Channel’s (FNC) Shepard Smith will travel to Amman, Jordan to host special editions of “Studio B” (3PM - 4PM ET) and “The Fox Report” (7PM - 8PM ET). Beginning on Tuesday with “The Fox Report,” Smith will host and provide reports from the region through Thursday, November 30th.
Smith will be in Jordan to cover President Bush’s planned visit and meeting with Iraqi President Nouri al-Maliki, who has recently come under fire in Washington

Shep always does a great job when he anchors from locations from which significant world events occur. I know there are reporters on location there as well, but he’s able to provide more background and details when he reports from those regions.
Same w/AC when he’s on location. Both men do very well in that they’re not afraid to get as close to the story as possible.

I agree Missy, they both do great jobs and Shep at least (I’m sure AC does too but I am not up late enough to watch him very often) makes great use of the local reporters and always gives them credit, which not a lot of “stars” do. I’m going to be sure to catch Shep’s reports this week!

Anderson Cooper and Shepared Smith are both great to watch when they go on location.

Count me in as a viewer of these two first rate jounalists.
There is something so appealing about Anderson.
In spite of his background, wealth and position, he manages to convey that “Aw shucks” kind of affect.
