					<description>As pointed out elsewhere on this site, MSNBC finished 35th out of all of the cable networks (Fox was eighth).

While MSNBC is trending upward, how can the media continue to laud this trend as such great success?  As discussed here many times, it's easy to see large percentage increases when the raw numbers are low to begin with.</description>
