Robo cameras for Secaucus…

MSNBC will be installing robo cameras in Secaucus soon, possibly this week. It may explain why MSNBC Live and The Most were originating from the alternate studio today.

  1. But aren’t they leaving that location? Kinda seems like a waste of money if they are.

  2. I don’t think MSNBC will be leaving NJ anytime soon. I think there is alot of work at 30 Rock in NYC that still has to be done before MSNBC moves.

It’s also cheaper for someone in the control room to run a camera then have a person to operate it.

  3. They can always move them to nyc. It’s take along time before 30 rock is redone, it’s alot of work moving two floors to cali (I believe it’s the syndication depts.)and then recreating a newsroom for all it’s outlets.
