There were new surprises on Special Report! Tonight, instead of the dull, uninspiring Jim Angle hosting Special Report, there was Bret Baier. And Major Garrett was on the panel! I have been begging them for two years to spiff up that panel and the substitute hosts. I believe FNC has finally gotten it!
