Nobody does law better than GRETA!
Comment by bud — February 22, 2007 @ 7:16 pm
She’s not doing law, she’s doing tabloid crime.
Comment by Steve — February 22, 2007 @ 7:20 pm
Pretty much the same thing anymore.
Comment by Jim — February 22, 2007 @ 7:26 pm
This is impressive even if its about ANS…Showbiz - 320K demo at 11pm.

Anna Nicole vs Brit Hume
Looks like MSNBC with the help of Anna nicole took down the competition at 6pm.
Comment by Randy — February 22, 2007 @ 7:31 pm
MSNBC won at 6pm because FNC and CNN let go of ANS and
went with news. I say neither CNN or FNC got hurt except
for that hour.Look at all of the viewers MSNBC lost by
7pm. I have this theory that Greta’s numbers are up
at 10 because people passed for two hours for American
Idol. They can get their ANS fix with Greta (you have to admit for 2 days she has been on fire). I am a little
surprised that MSNBC did not do better in prime time
considering they had wall to wall coveerage. It will be
interesting see the numbers for today since everyone
covered the hearing live. I wonder if AC and Greta
will be head to head covering the events of the ANS
hearing for today. The numbers for today should be
interesting. Although I think it will be a big night
for Larry King and Greta.

Terrance you are right about Showbiz. Maybe they should
switch time with AJ Hammer and Beck. It is a really good
entertainment show and could possibly beath JS on MSNBC
at 9 and fare better againt Deal or No Deal nights on
CNBC. I think Deal or No Deal hurs LKL.

Who the hell did Larry King have on?
Comment by Shaun — February 22, 2007 @ 8:03 pm
steve , Greta was in a courtroom all day if that’s not law what is it?
Comment by bud — February 22, 2007 @ 8:54 pm
It’s a tabloid case. The focus isn’t the inner workings of the legal profession, the focus is a dead c-level junkie celeb. Greta could prop herself up in the jury box and speak into a microphone shaped like a gavel and it still wouldn’t make it a law show.
Comment by Steve — February 22, 2007 @ 9:59 pm
Who gives a hoot who the daddy is…where they will bury her…it’s tabloid let the national inquirer cover it. It has become nothing more than a circus.
Comment by Me — February 22, 2007 @ 11:05 pm
In case you hadn’t noticed, cable networks lap up a good media circus, hence the term, “media circus”. 24-cable news networks don’t bring us the news 24 hours a day. OJ Simpson anyone? If they were real news networks, we’d be getting in-depth analysis, news from every part of the world, etc., instead we get breaking news alerts about Britney Spears and Anna Nicole’s dead body. That’s not going to change because it’s the tabloids stuff that hauls in viewers, not real news. Sad, but 100% true.
Comment by Alison — February 23, 2007 @ 9:51 am
Even more viewers, Alison, when there’s real, breaking, hard news like Katrina, 9/11, the start of the Iraq War, or Zarqawi being killed. But it’s the same format: wall to wall coverage, with none of the other news getting reported.
