CNN documentary put on hold by Pentagon?
The Army Times Kelly Kennedy writes about the fallout at Walter Reed and how it’s impacting a long planned documentary being done by CNN…(via WHAC)
The Pentagon also clamped down on media coverage of any and all Defense Department medical facilities, to include suspending planned projects by CNN and the Discovery Channel, saying in an e-mail to spokespeople: “It will be in most cases not appropriate to engage the media while this review takes place,” referring to an investigation of the problems at Walter Reed.

That “housing conditions” story is awful. And the White House along with all the politicians in Washington should be ashamed… We send these brave soldiers into war and when they come back (if they are alive) they get to live with rats and mold?

I certainly hope CNN is mobilizing the lawyers. If you recall, the feds tried to ban cameracrews from documenting body recoveries in the Gulf Coast after Katrina. That decision didn’t stand up more than a day…

O yea Mike it’s billl clinton’s fault. Hmm…who’s been in office the last 6 years…o…bush! Bush hates for the TRUTH to be found out and reported. Just like on ABC’s Bob Woodruff’s special the other night. Wounded soldiers sent home away from specialized care. Our soldiers are really screwed once they get injured. Bush needs to get the military house in order. And we expect FNC to report about this. yea right! The truth hurts and they dont dont wanna be resposible.

Arthur?! Terance?! Didn’t we used to have intelligent conversations on this blog? Grammar, spelling, sentence structure were never an issue. When Missy got all apologetic about misspelling a word, I laughed it off. I used to try to read all the previous comments before commenting, but now I have too big of a headache, and I forget what I wanted to write. Is it just me???

Ha! Sorry about all the italics Terance. Poor grammar, spelling, sentence structure are made even worse when they’re all in italics. And now Mike says I’m a “left-wing blow-hard.” I bet you never knew.
