I think “The Situation Room” has solid content and is always interesting….but I can’t stand Wolf Blitzer. He has zero chemistry with Jack Cafferty and comes off like a bump on a log. Compare him to his usual stand-in, John Roberts. Even Roberts is a bit stiff, but it’s night and day.

Cavuto’s numbers slip after Studio B. Gibson goes up but the lead-in makes it hard for him. That’s why I think when the business channel goes live, Cavuto’s show will go there and something else will take the 4pm slot.

Somthing smells fishy in the fishbowl.What are the real numbers for Blitzer&Cavuto?.Who gets the most viewers for the month?Just asking!

I agree about Blitzer he is just painful. But, for him to SPANK FNC at 4 & 5 in the demo says something….uh you know, like more people would rather be annoyed by Blitzer than watch FNC! Yeah, thats it!

CNN always plays up the demo numbers because it obscures the fact that FNC has way, way, way more overall viewers.

^ If you can’t beat them in the DEMO, then “play up” the nursing home numbers! Its no secret that FNC competes with USA, TNT, etc. when it comes to total viewers. But, I would think FNC can’t be too happy and might even be a little embarrassed.

Agree Wolf painful. Why oh why do they use him so much??? Somebody must lke him. I would love to see Roberts take over.

Mike, because I’m a fan of Veronica De La Cruz. And, that link has been there for at least 1 1/2 years. I actually pay CNN Pipeline for a subscription.

Johnny: I was skeptical, but the Q1 numbers proved you correct: Neil’s ratings are lower than Shep and Gibson.
Since I don’t watch Studio B and only catch a snippet of Gibson but never miss Neil, I am disappointed. A news/business wrap show belongs in that timeslot.
