  1. I don’t know what their doing at Paula Zahn, but keep it up.

  2. Ha Ha I’m first. Well its nice to see that PZ and AC numbers are holding up so well.
turning the focus to something else- when is Tucker going to get his pink slip? he continues to underwhelm day after day and MSNBC still keeps him, not even trying to change up the format or timeslot of his shows.
Personally i believe they should movie him to weekends, and let him fcae off against Hanity’s America. I believe if he was moved to the weekends his numbers would improve.

  3. American Morning seems to be doing a little better too.

    Comment by Marty — April 20, 2007 @ 7:01 pm

  4. I wonder what Terrance is going to say today about her, as she seemingly improved upon the Situation room numbers. Probably she’s experiencing a bit of audience retention after the ratings spike.

    Comment by Sam — April 20, 2007 @ 7:04 pm

  5. Is PZ doing VT non stop still?

    Comment by Randy — April 20, 2007 @ 7:09 pm

  6. And did the Sit Room and Lou Dobbs cover mostly AG testimony?

    Comment by Randy — April 20, 2007 @ 7:11 pm

  7. Yeah, it’ll be interesting to see what American Mornings’ average is compared to Miles&Soledad after a full month on the program ranker.. Tucker is not qualified for anything but a contributor role, I’ve been saying it forever and MSNBC just hasn’t trusted me on my wisdom…yet!

    Comment by Terance — April 20, 2007 @ 7:11 pm

  8. Way to keep those numbers up KO!!!!!!!! Well that was short lived….thank God

    Comment by Tom — April 20, 2007 @ 7:11 pm

  9. Sam, I didn’t even look at PZ’s numbers today. Sorry I have to watch the Braves and Mets. No time to type without being distracted right now!

    Comment by Terance — April 20, 2007 @ 7:20 pm

  10. Tom you should visit ICN more often your posts never fail to amuse me.

    Comment by Sam — April 20, 2007 @ 7:20 pm

  11. Be not bitter Sam, even you knew that KO’s “lock on second” glory or something like that was going to be short-lived.

    Comment by Edward Schatz — April 20, 2007 @ 7:28 pm

  12. Spud: Same old mistake at 11PM: It was the O’Reilly rerun, not Greta.

    Better check those macros!

    Comment by Ira — April 20, 2007 @ 7:32 pm

  13. I’m surprised Nancy Grace’s numbers have fallen. This seems like a prime story for her. Perhaps some of her audience migrated elsewhere.

    Comment by Edward Schatz — April 20, 2007 @ 7:33 pm

  14. I, for one, am thrilled that Paula Zahn’s numbers are holding up so well. She’s my sanctuary from O’Reilly and Olbermann. I wonder if she’s developing a larger permanent audience? Hope so.

    Comment by lightswitch — April 20, 2007 @ 7:45 pm

  15. Agreed, lightswitch. The histrionics of OR and KO are starting to wear thin. PZ is refuge of sanity.

    Comment by Grandpa D — April 20, 2007 @ 8:04 pm

  16. seems like things are getting back to normal.. PZ still appreciably higher than normal, but most shows are back to what their typical ratings are.. BO kickin ass!

    Comment by Chet — April 20, 2007 @ 8:25 pm

  17. Also are people turning away from the NBC networks because of the Cho video????

    Comment by Chet — April 20, 2007 @ 8:26 pm

  18. In the critical, four-toothed, Code Pink “lady” demo from 8:00 to 8:15 p.m., Olbermann came in first and beat O’Reilly 100 to 1!!!

    Comment by Tom — April 20, 2007 @ 11:34 pm

  19. Tom:

    Huh?

I know THE ALL BELOVED (until KO loses) DEMO is broken into segments, and ko has fared better at times in the quarter demo, but he was smoked (again) in the demo throuhout the 8PM hour. I wonder what excuse his defenders will use this time.

  20. Sam, I see PZ improved on TSR’s numbers and will focus my attention on someone else for now! Actually, I’m more interested in the morning show numbers than anything else at this point in time.

    Comment by Terance — April 21, 2007 @ 7:10 am

  21. I just can’t seem to let this go, but if FNC doesn’t get rid of the awful Alan Colmes, Larry King will creep up on them and overtake them.

    Comment by cella — April 21, 2007 @ 8:26 am

  22. Terance, Im not sold on PZ doing that much more than TSR yet. I think it matters what story was covered. Did TSR cover the Attorney scandal, and did PZ cover Vtech?
