The hazards of Live TV: #24,879: Update…
MSNBC’s Newshole has apparently been lurking the blog…
Just minutes after interviewing his boss, Rupert Murdoch, Cavuto is apparently doing a segment on the history of FOX, and who pops up on screen but “He Whose Name Must Not Be Spoken” himself.
Technically, Keith’s name was not actually spoken, it was spelled out and his image was shown, but Neil didn’t actually say “Olbermann”, so he’ll probably keep his job.
But clearly, they’re going to have update the “No KO” memo to include archival tape.
That was pretty funny. I didn’t watch the segment, but what did what the Chyron read have to do with Fox Sports?

Fox Sports is owned by News Corp. Though that B-roll was probably from the Fox Broadcast network

Ira: Maybe I’m just a little out of sorts because of the Olberman “Threat Level Midnight” name dropping crisis, but I have no idea what Cooper, Cosby and Chetry have to do with anything.

No broken legs just, NC vigorously trying to save the job of his PA who cut the tape and cutting loose the person who pulled the tape. All the while BO fumes and KO Pee’s his pants.

Yes, I’ve met a few… they’re nice. Some conservatives, some liberals (I know you won’t believe that, but it’s true). I have a degree in TV/R, recently graduated college, and work in the business (although not at a news network)… I know someone pretty much everywhere. :)
