Wow, what a childish exchange this is. Publicity stunt? Probably. CNN, ‘the most trusted name in news’, probably not.

It’s Ok for me to do and say what ever I want and you cannot challenge or stop me.
Oh yeah, Just don’t do it to me or I will crush you.

Hmmm, your comment doesn’t make any sense. If CNN wanted to ‘crush’ Michael Moore, they can very well do so in a subtle manner. Michael Moore cannot ‘crush’ Time Warner, or CNN. He can yell all he wants, but the facts in this case will stand any test. Gupta only made one false reference. Moore is barking up the wrong tree, and isolating himself from an enormous ‘friendly’ media titan. Punks, such as yourself, don’t understand the facts, thus make ridiculous comments.

This benefits both Moore and CNN. They are both getting publicity and viewers out of this.

Moore needs the publicity, Sicko has only earned about $16 million.

#5, you’re right….but, how much did the movie cost to make, and that total does not include, worldwide figures, future DVD sales, network deals, cable deals etc. He’s made his money, again.

I think we can all guess what Michael Moore’s next documentary is going to be on
Cable News Lies

Yes, He’s made his money. I heard he had an agreement that he gets 50% of the box office. The film costs $9 million I think and who knows how much was spent on marketing but here is what Harvey Weinstein said about Sicko only opening in a few hundred theaters in its first week.
“We could have blown this movie out and opened to $30 million, but then we’d be out of the theaters in six weeks.”
So looks like he was looking for Sicko to make a hell of a lot more then $30 mil and it’s only at $16 right now in it’s 4th week.

Sorry Punky, my comments were directed as much at you as they were at Jabba The Hut. You usually are quicker than that. It must be the lazy, hazy days of summer…
See as far as I am concerned Cnn/Gupta said they are sorry (the facts you refer to), and thats usually good enough, -cept for punks like you and Jabba. You guys always want another pound of flesh. Get it?
See it is that fat guy who is a merchant of smear. He toils in half truths, out of context comments, ambush interviews and outright lies, to purposely make his subjects look bad. That’s what he does Punky, you know all about it, you do it sometimes around here. See The little fat guy with the double chin only puts out a movie to hurt someone, to crush them figuratively if that helps you.
What Moore is doing is similar to Ms Hilton throwing her hissy fit in jail. His movie sucks, it’s getting NO audience so he starts a fight.
See it’s all about “Me” with punks like you guys. All the time.
Oh and by the way, Punk belongs to you. It is your self acknowledged last name.
You own it PeoplePunk, wear it with pride !

“It’s ironic that someone who has made a career out of holding powerful interests accountable is so sensitive to having his own work held up to the light by impartial journalists, as we did in our examination of ‘Sicko,’ ”
CNN hit it right on. I just think it is funny to see them fighting each other. It is like High School all over again.
