Tuesday’s Numbers…
Tuesday was not CNBC’s night. The network scratched every hour in the Demo from 6-9pm. Fast Money and American Made double scratched. Donny Deutsch scratched in Total Viewers. Mad Money scratched in the Demo at 11 pm. Three networks, MSNBC, CNBC, and HLN all scratched in the Demo at 6pm.
CNN’s You Tube Debate Countdown beat Countdown without Keith Olbermann in Total Viewers and the Demo.

Ouch for Danny Boy indeed. Too bad that’s not a real KO number and instead a night off so his staff can call a woman a ho.
Comment by Edward Schatz — July 18, 2007 @ 6:10 pm
AC360 with AC Monday and Tuesday this week are lower ratings than John Roberts last Wednesday. John Roberts should move to 10.

I think Allison Stewart does a good job when she fills in for Olbermann, but the numbers sure go down.
Comment by Gramps — July 18, 2007 @ 6:39 pm
Wow there is a HUGE difference between ICN and TVN numbers for our dear pal Sloberman…much bigger than usual. Nice try, Brian. And check out MSNBC’s demo figure for the night…below 100k. Where’s the self-congratulatory memo now, Mr. Abrams?

Better numbers for the debate countdown on CNN.

The 53k next to Morning Joe is not good is it?

What are you talking about, ‘look at Dan Abrams numbers. ‘They have been decent! Brand new show, last night was a blip. Gosh, please do a little research before commenting people. Dan Abrams is doing just fine.
Comment by Peoplepeople — July 18, 2007 @ 7:41 pm
Dan, how did you come up with the name “peoplepeople” to post on here?
Comment by frank — July 18, 2007 @ 7:51 pm
Gosh, please do a little research before commenting people. Dan Abrams is doing just fine.
Peop: I think a little research would show that it has been a long time since that timeslot had as low as 66k in the demo.

Did Dan force Joe S to do the morning show so he could get back on the air? I honestly do not understand how they made the decision to put on Morning Joe when Tucker and David Gregory were much better. Can I say again how Mike makes me change the channel every single time she starts speaking? It doesn’t seem like they have any business or common sense but then again, they fired Imus so enough said.

Of course, I meant Mika but I know all of you already knew -I hate to be mean but she is so awful.
Comment by julie — July 18, 2007 @ 9:13 pm
cnbc scratched almost every hour in the demo. thats gotta hurt. i dunno if they should even be counted anymore.
Comment by Chris (My Two Sense) — July 18, 2007 @ 10:46 pm
The important #s for CNBC are during the day when the markets are open.
Comment by erljr — July 19, 2007 @ 12:21 am
I think the Keith Olbermann lead-ins help Dan Abrams show. The “blip” could be because Olbermann had a sub. I stopped watching Dan Abrams after witnessing his “performances” during the IMUS debacle.
Comment by Obama in 08! — July 19, 2007 @ 12:37 pm
Morning Joe is simply an awful program- yho when you put three inept people together what do you expect. Have to believe MSNBC will cancel them out as the audience has
