Liz Clayman is knowlegeable, kute and klever. her interview with James Roberts of the Heritage Foundation and an American Trucking Exec displayed her abilty to manage an interview and get some sense ouy of it. I had to agree with Mr. Robert's position.

Most of the girls are nice to look at....but they TALK TOO
MUCH!!! And if you get two or God help us, three of them
discussing something, FORGET IT!!! And they dont let guests
express their views and opinions without constantly interjecting their own views and opinions. What's the
point of having guests????????? Trish Reagan is one of
the worst at this game.

I am happy to see Clayman go. However, the Trish Regan with annoying nasal voice is even more horrible. Steve Leisman makes me turn the TV off. HOpe my cable provider can provide Fox business news soon.

Check the bio's out on cnbc-Liz Claman and Ted David had to be the least knowledgeable of the group. They reported news however couldn't really engaged those they interviewed. Best of luck on plan B

I miss Liz, too. As for Maria, when she comes on, I have to put the TV on "mute" and switch to closed captioning. Can't someone give her voice lessons? As for this Liesman/Santelli thing, it's obnoxious. Why can't they come back to earth and speak in a language we could all understand. And if I hear "having said that", or "that having been said", I think I will barf!! Now, having said that, I will go get another cup of coffee.

I think CNBC is trying to preposition itself with regard to the upcoming Fox channel by letting people like Clayman go--becoming more strident, more provocative, more self-hyping.

It won't work. They "shouldn't mud-wrestle with a pig. They will lose, and the pig loves it."

Liz had a pretty smile but a busted profile. CNBC hasn't been the same since it broke up the original Squawk Box crew (I saw Joe Witte on the Red Line in DC the other day, he was quite pleasant). It appears the recent moves are being done in anticipation of the relaunching of FNN (e.g. young pretty faces, loud men).

I enjoyed Liz's on air personality and style. I especially liked her pairing with Ted David, who was a very personable and knowledgeable anchor.

Any deterioration in the quality of the broadcasting on CNBC should be squarely placed at the feet of Tyler Matheson, as he became the managing director and is the architect of the new CNBC. How a bland on air persona could identify and then direct the on air presentations is beyond me.

I don't like what Murdoch is orchestrating, but in a few years, when CNBC's deal with WSJ lapses, Fox will be the place to be, unless Bloomberg joins NBC.

I really miss Liz - seems CNBC has turned into a shouting match most of the time - did like Cramer - but recently he has become obsessed with yelling at other people . . . good luck Liz

Liz was informative - Trish needs to be selling clothes at Dress Barn - and not to insult Dress Barn. Ron Insana, Rick Santelli, Eric Bollinger need to work or be consultants with Fox. Fox will easily be the leading stock channel within 6 months. Fox will hire the professionals and not teleprompter readers. CNBC gets on one topic and rides it in the ground all day long because the show producers find it easy to keep repeating the same story.. and that Stop Trading segment with Erin Burnett and Jim Cramer has turned into a shout fest no real information is produced...that is a real joke - the ones that have left could not even stand their own network ---- Fox will take charge of the business channel network.

Are they kidding with this switch. I gave it some time but Trish "Good to see you" Reagan is only another a pretty contrast to Dylan but "THAT SAID" she is annoying as hell and totally out of her league. If they have any sense at all they will grovel to get Liz to come back with a big raise.

I miss Liz. She was one of the women on the show that didn't bug me. This one now, acts like a cheerleader and it drives me crazy. I pray that Liz will show up one day soon, because she does her job really well. I thought maybe Warren Buffet had offered her something, I think he really liked her.

I really miss Liz...She was HOT, in a classy kinda way...Liz will land on her feet because she is SOOOOO competent...Can't wait for Fox to launch...The losers who dumped her will regret the day as they watch the ratings go far south....But what can we expect from the suits, who are so out of it, as to cast their lot with the likes of Jim Cramer and Keith Oberman...(The two stations are very much connected)...I love you , LIZ....Warren C

Liz was good, a lot better than Maria thats for sure. But CNBC needs some competition. Squawk Box is a joke, Maria is like a high school cheerleader, and Erin Burnett and Cramer, well enough said.

I really miss Liz Claman. She was professional with a good sense of humor and came across as genuine. I wish her well wherever she lands. I think Erin Burnett is remarkable, hard working, thorough and quick on her feet. I miss Ron Insana who was, in my opinion, the best in the realm of financial news. The worst, without question, is Dylan Ratigan who is the Pat O'brien of financial news. I go to Bloomberg whenever he is on. I don't think he would even be welcome on the new FBN.

I'm laughing at all these Liz C.comments...well, for those of you who thought she didn't know much, WAKE UP! 90% of the questions and material are fed to ALL these anchors from producers and teleprompters so you may as well, have a hot, personable, soothing voice to deliver it!!! The others may "appear" to be more knowledgable or "pointed" but that's because they're probably more wrapped up in the Wall Street RHETORIC and they're injecting more personal opinion that is just as MISLEADING or ARGUMENTATIVE. Liz and Ted were the most professional...Michelle Caruso is sharp, intelligent and hotter than she "shows"...Joe is a pisser...David F. is cool...the Asian couldn't be any more PLASTIC...Diana Olick is quietly hot...and yes, there are enough CACKLES(?)with the rest of them to make me lower the sound. This CNBC "younger, cold, plastic look" AIN'T working for me...i'd rather listen to the ONLY HONEST GUY ON THERE (oops, the name escapes me...the old, bald guy with the crooked mouth...is it "Sid"???) ALL DAY!!!

Why CNBC replaced Liz Claymen with these 20 somethings - who have little market experience is beyond me. I switch to Bloomberg whenever Erin Burnett comes on. I love SUe Herera

Sue Herera seems to be fake. She seems to overemphasize her husband being a doctor. Also she seems to try to come across as some kind of saint. I do not enjoy watching or listening to her at all. I would choose listening to Liz or any of the others anytime.

Liz is a smart woman who probably had a deal in the hopper before leaving CNBC.Maybe her agent brokered it! look for her on FOX maybe CNN. Besides her obvious attributes I know she is a chartiable woman, has a sense of humor, and the inner warmth of a "nice Jewish girl" all of which Warren B. fell for too!

You are all hyper critical. How well would you do in the same circumstance? Liz, minor foibles and all, is a lady. Polished and dignified. A pleasant change from the usual nasal delivery. She has a wonderful voice (as does Sue Herera). CNBC was fortunate to have her. Their loss will be another's gain.

Ted David got screwed. Some blamed it on Liz, others his openness and being willing to express is own opinions. So he was put on an NBC radio program. Is he still there? I don't know. When they get some competition, they (CNBC) will try to shore things up and get rid of more peoople. Ron Insana was smart and now has his own consulting firm. Maria is there for her looks and connections. Hurry FOX, we are waiting.

I liked Liz...it's Maria "the screaming banshee" Bartiromo who ought to be shown the door.

Maria is self-absorbed and is chronically hair-challenged ....but that shreiking voice just as I am about to nod off-for a quick nap is like fingernails on a chalk board.

I miss Liz not just for her looks, but she had a pleasant personality and gave life to an otherwise dry subject which most of the guests definatly do not. She and Mark were a good pairing.

Ratigan and Liesman have big mouth and big egoes, so I just won't watch them anymore. I'm also sick of commercials every 2 minutes, after all what are we paying for cable for? Isn't this the antithesis of commercial TV? I don't think so. I can'wait for FOX and yes, they can keep Cramer too!!!! Until then I'll watch the opening and closing.
and be entertained by Andy Griffith or Leave it to beaver.
