Wow…AC’s numbers were horrible on Friday. But Robin & Co did amazing!

Tucker wasn’t in on Friday. David Shuster took his place. Says a lot about David. Was nobody home at 6PM?

Same for Shepard at 7pm.

Alix — I always watch Tucker and I was one of the 10 people that watched David Shuster on Friday. He is not one of my favorites but I thought I would give him a chance. In a segment about a lawn mowing business in Tennessee where the employees are young women mowing with two piece bathing suits on, Shuster made a comment to his guest saying with a snicker, “No offense to people in Tennessee but I wonder it they have any front teeth?” What an “ELITIST SNOB” comment!

Olbermann routinely places FOURTH out of FIVE, but his replacement finished in second place against the competition. Does MSDNC have the brains to draw the correct conclusion from such facts?

Did you hear the good news? Whenever Conan O’Brien takes over Leno’s spot, they will give KO Conan’s slot, because it is so funny to see KO tank. (JK)

MSNBC beat CNN in the Primetime Demo
Spud, you need to realize when you say this, you are comparing apples to oranges. In reality, if you had a documentary-only channel, they indeed would attract more demo viewers, but they wouldn’t be the same viewers.
That’s why MSNBC, running 20 hours of documentaries each day on weekends, always wins the demo - on those days.
Take out the docs in prime time, and CNN is still doing quite well overall in the demo vs. MSNBC.

Hey Aunt Mary, #5, that’s an interesting story about David Shuster. There seems to be a common elitist mindset running though the talent at MSNBC. David Shuster is a rising star in the Washington bureau.

There is NO WAY I would watch David Shuster in for Tucker Carlson. Shuster is of the far-left, and is a condescending little snot from what I’ve seen. And Aunt Mary, did he really say that, and “no offense to people in Tennessee”? How else could that statement have been taken, but as offensive?
Now MSNBC has to apologize to an entire state!!!!
JMK, I am dreading the day when Conan takes over for Leno. I just read a story yesterday that said how NBC wants to try to keep Leno within their empire, but doing something else. Jay apparently wants to keep his Tonight Show job, but they wanted O’Brien to have the 11:30 p.m. time slot. I think that is a big mistake, and wish they’d leave things as they are.
And erljr, good point. The ratings should compare MSNBC’s weekend programming with A & E, Discovery’s forensic science programming, instead of with other cable news venues.

Of course I meant “A & E OR Discovery’s forensic science programming…”

We agree once again, Missy.
I would never watch that little twit, David S.
When I see his face, I grab the remote and moonbat repellent.
It seems as if MSNBC has more and more of its anchors making well deserved apologies.

I dunno, Missy… I’d much rather watch “DOG: The Bounty Hunter” over MSNBC weekends. They might still get spanked in the ratings.
