Wow Nancy Grace had some kick-ass demo figures…maybe her “nice” appearance on The View helped out?

Fox had a good night in the demo part. Interesting Willie got the same #s as Joe. The writing is on the wall for Joe.

Willie - perfect - he is a keeper.
But the show still needs fixing.
Who is the guy who just sits there looking at his computer? Perhaps if I stayed longer when viewing, I would hear him say something.
And, of course, Mika has to go!

I heard Olbermann was going to fill in on The View but Barbara Walters wanted sombody with B*LLS.

It looks like Cnn’s AM picked up a bit on the demo numbers. What was with John Roberts this morning? I don’t recall a time when I’ve seen him smile and joke around as much as he did this morning.

He must be going on vacation soon LOL

I heard Kinky talk about Imus returning yesterday on MJ (not live, cause I don’t watch MSNBC anymore). Returning where?????? Does anyone have any idea where?????

While channel serfing last night, I caught a few minutes of Dan Abrams. It suddenly dawned on me that he orchestrated the whole firing of IMUS, so that he could put Scumborough on in IMUS” slot, therefore leaving the evening slot for Abrams to fill. He(Dan) looked a little too comfortable doing his old schtick. I admit, I loved watching the Abrams Report back in the day…the day before the public lynching of my mentor…Don IMUS!!

I think Kiran is causing John Roberts to loosen up a bit. He needed it.

Mika has to go for MJ to continue - just my opinion.
Kinky said Imus would be back soon but he wasn’t told the details because he isn’t good a keeping secrets.
Did anyone else see the picture of Imus sticking out this tongue at Abrams? It was so funny.
Comment by moonbeam — August 1, 2007 @ 9:50 am
I heard about the picture that just mysteriously appeared on Abrams’ show. I think if you go to SupportImus.org, you might get to see the pix…

Carrie if you have IMUS as a mentor i think you have greater problems that he just being fired.
It seem as if CNN 8oclock programme is stuck in fourth place.
Comment by Sam — August 1, 2007 @ 11:21 am
why is there so much commentary about the also rans, Nancy Grace, Dan Abrams, Olbermann? Who cares? Their ratings are weak. No one on here ever comments on O’Reilly even though he dominates.
Comment by Michael Volpe — August 1, 2007 @ 11:42 am
Sam…I can’t think of anyone more qualified to be my mentor…you obviously don’t know him or his works, so I’ll excuse your ignorance. I’m sure you have Rummy or some other war criminal as you mentor!?@*@#

Michael - O’Reilly is near perfection and there isn’t much to comment on except that he does a very, very good show. I love the body language lady and Miller Time.
I actually enjoy Nancy Grace too and watch both at different times. Olbermann gives me the creepies and Abrams has become such a phony that I don’t like him anymore. Dan used to have integrity and now he’s busy bashing Fox all the time - do your show and ignore FOX! It just makes them look like sore losers. I actually did like Scarborough Country and feel sorry for him stuck on that dreadful morning program with Mika. Poor guy.
Comment by moonbeam — August 1, 2007 @ 2:39 pm
I think John Roberts has a line on another job.
Comment by Mary Snow — August 1, 2007 @ 5:56 pm
Imus is returning very shortly. I hope in time to see Scarborough canned. Does it ever get any better for Capus? Why hasn’t Jeff Immeltdown canned him yet?
Comment by FJames — August 3, 2007 @ 7:32 am
Scarborough is the great white hope. The only other person that MSNBC could get is Sharpton. Why doesn’t anyone like Mika? Sharpton would be good. Hes smart and articulate, isn’t he? No?
