FTVLive is reporting that CNBC is trying to get an emergency injunction against former Fast Money contributor Eric Bolling to prevent him from appearing again on Fox Business programming. Bolling has a non-compete in his CNBC contract but there is contractual wiggle room for “occasional appearances” on news programs.
