Fight!
FTVLive rips TVNewser for ripping it off without attribution…
Yesterday FTVLive reported FIRST that “CNBC lawyers were planning on filing papers with New York Supreme Court Today (Yesterday) to try an obtain an emergency injunction in order to keep Eric Bolling from appearing on Fox News Channel.”
Six hours after FTVLive posted that story, TVNewser writes “We hear the case of former CNBC Fast Money contributor Eric Bolling is back in court today.”
Gee Chris….Where did you hear that from? FTVLive maybe? Tisk tisk…

Bravo to FTV for calling out TVN for lifting items without attribution! I don’t/can’t afford to subscribe to that site but thanks for letting us know what’s going on over there.
And Spud? You scooped TVN on what happened in that hearing. Congrats to you too! I’m surprised he didn’t “borrow” that from you while he was at it.
TVNewser is just so lame now—it’s boring and over half of what’s being posted there is just promo pieces for certain networks with no analysis, no insight, nothing. I never thought I’d miss Brian but uhm, yeah, he’s looking better all the time with this new guy.
Keep up the good work Spud! We don’t always agree but this site is my go-to site for TV News.

That’s very disapointing to say the least…a shame that TVN has to stoop so low for such a relatively insignificant story.

I used to surf TVNewser a lot….It really has become quite weak and disappointing…

Just guessing, but…
I bet by the end of the day, the TVNewser post will be gone or be very different. No correction; no apology; no admission of a mistake.

I’m not very impressed with TVN so far. It seems like the posts are just ripped off from here (mostly without attribution) and frankly I can get more “scoop” quicker from newslab and googlenews.
