Liz Claman in FNC’s building?

Portfolio’s Jeff Bercovici writes about Liz Claman being seen and Eric Bolling having email trouble…

What Rupert Murdoch wants, Rupert Murdoch gets — and non-compete agreements be damned.

Earlier today, recent CNBC refugee Liz Claman was spotted in the offices of the Fox Business Network, lending weight to widespread rumors that she’ll be part of the nascent network when it hits the airwaves (or the cable wires) October 15. That, as it happens, is the day Claman’s non-compete with her old employer expires. A Fox Business spokesperson had no comment on the sighting.

  2. I think Liz is hot but never really got the fawning over her. I mean, plenty of women look good but can’t hold my attention. And Liz is a prime example.

  3. Opps…. I just double checked the definition of fawning and that is the wrong word. It should’ve been something like gawking!

  4. Terance, You ever see Liz in a tight sweater? That can’t hold your attention? Damn…. and let’s not forget she has a really great personality too, probably the best at CNBC.

  5. I agree…Liz + tight sweater + A/C = heaven

BUT…despite that, I think that while Liz was a good asset to the team, she didn’t really prove to know her stuff too well, considering she had been on the air for 7+ years at CNBC alone. I always thought she came across a little ditzy at times. Guess she’ll fit in well at Fox…and if worse comes to worse, they’ll crank down the heat LOL

  6. Of course, Lurker! But, ya might also notice she didn’t wear sweaters every single day. And on CNBC the camera angle was usually from the shoulders up. Besides, in order for me to evaluate her personality, I’d have to see her in a Erin Burnett/Jim Cramer or Erin Burnett/Joe Scarbrough type situation.. frankly her hours on CNBC were extremely boring.

  7. Did you guys see that FBN announced five anchors yesterday? FBN is going to run the table come October. I just don’t see how CNBC stands a chance… unless Ms. Brunett announces “The Pillow Fight Hour.”
