Here you go again Aaron. Please cite specific examples of Cameron's "biased reporting".

I don't like this David Shuster incident one bit, but maybe Carl Cameron should stop his biased reporting too.

This is a sad reminder how bad activist journalism can be (no matter from the left or right), it's just plain wrong and ugly. In this case, Shuster has lost a lot of credibility at the same time exposing his political bias.

Wouldn't it be great if we could take David Schuster and Rick Sanchez and lock them in a small closet together and make them listen to each other for 24 hours? Without a doubt, these two are the slimiest hacks MSNBC and CNN have.

Shuster was on the Ed Schultz Show yesterday about 11:45 blathering about his stunt on Tucker Carlson's show. This was before he apologized on MSNBC.

He needs to go back on that small audience show and apologize just as he did on MSNBC also.

Shuster also relayed to the Ed Schultz audience that he was a journalist, then went on a tirade about how his job is to put pressure on Democrats and Republicans to cut funding for Iraq!!!! Ya sure shuster, you are a journalist? How about calling yourself a biased TV personality that has no business reporting "news".

Rich said it so well that I don't need to bother - Shuster is a liberal, partisan hack wuss and I turn the channel anytime he shows up (his nasal voice doesn't help). What a jerk.

David Shuster is a liberal partisan hack. He should apologize on-air to the Tennessee Congresswoman, anything less is not a true apology.

I'd love for a Democratic congressman to be asked the following question, what is the name of the last person killed in your district by an illegal alien?

And people say there's no bias in the media

No Thelma, the fact remains that a wannabe journalist with a liberal agenda tried to play gotcha to advance his own ideology and he got the story wrong.

Would Shuster or anyone as MSDNC pull the same stunt if a Democrat house member who voted for the war was on the show? No. Because they're not journalists. They are partisan hacks trying to help Dems get elected.

It was a despicable stunt and Shuster was once again exposed for it. You have to wonder how many times this clown will be able to get stories wrong before the management at MSDNC finally wakes up and gets rid of him.

And way off topic, but I mentioned above how sad it is that our media has made it their mission to smear people. O'Reilly mentioned that Newsweek had Christopher Hitchens write a hit piece on Mother Teresa! O'Reilly correctly noted that since Hitchens is an atheist, we couldn't expect much positive press re: Mother Teresa. But it was Newsweek who hired him, so certainly they would know that someone so highly critical of religion would be most unlikely to give this deceased woman any favorable press. And they were right - he ended up apparently writing a hit piece on her.

Not much apology - the majority of his statement was still accusatory in nature. And as GAI points out, Shuster was the one who invited Rep. Blackburn on to discuss the "Betray Us" controversy, yet he reams her out for doing so.

This is truly a sad day for our country. O'Reilly (with whom I often disagree) is smeared, taken out of context, and this idiot Shuster issues an "apology" that's still more accusatory than contrite. I hate these people for their efforts to smear others.

Shuster exploited the death of an American service member to advance his own political agenda. Has Shuster apologized to the family of the dead soldier? I wouldn't bet on it. Shuster is also the kook who falsely alleged that "Karl Rove" would be "indicted". I don't suspect that Shuster has yet apologized to Karl Rove for Shuster's false allegation.
