La Cruces Sun-News reports that Anderson Cooper 360 will look at the case of the murder of Katie Sepich tonight at 10pm ET…

According to CNN’s Web site, the broadcast will look at how mandatory DNA testing could have solved the case more quickly.

  2. Michael ~

We’re in agreement on this! I’m not sure it should be limited to a matter of prison etc. As it would be benefical to have DNA on file for everyone, each circumstance would have it’s best start here.

The gov already has everything except DNA and a Match for ID is all one can get from it, why would anyone refuse to give a sample? It isn’t as if it’s going to be stolen, copied or whatever else comes to mind!

I see nothing but good here!
