Well, nothing new to learn from the microsite that we probably didn’t even know. The videos have a few jabs against CNBC (i.e. “get past the ticker talk”, and one of the reporter blogs saying “I can report anything about business news, except job losses” referring to CNBC’s negativity I guess), and there is an obvious focus on the small investor. The programming, however, seems VERY similar to CNNfn’s stuff — real estate, small business, personal finance. I don’t even think they’ll be running a ticker! Maybe just a scroll of the widely-helds or something like CNNfn did near the end. I think Fox Biz will be very similar to CNNfn, only much more interesting.

This is NICCCCCCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEE!! Flash based clean user friendly site with sub links popping up on the same page instead of all the clicky clack garbage of FNC. FNC needs a FBN makeover. One thing though, The font on that mock up sort of ticker on the front page. I hope that isn’t what they are going with. Annoying alarm clocky lcd font type.

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!!! The site intro reminds me of a monster truck rally ad. But surprisingly I want to attend. For a long time I had reservations about FBN, I thought FNC should expand their international reporting instead of starting a new network. But as time goes by I can see where there is a market for this. Hopefully it works.

Cheesy flash site, eh? Hey, it looks alright…. But, I’ll reserve judgment until the full site launches. Also, I checked out the promos which weren’t bad.

Holy Crap! It looks like FOX finally hired someone who knows how to design websites!
Now if only they could migrate over to FNC…

Wow, the most powerful name is news has excitement building up for its new business channel. Wow, no one will watch because almost no customers are being reached. Only the same old wall street traders will even watch this channel. This launch will split the CNBC viewers into two and in the end both networks will fade into oblivion.
