Liz Claman on FBN…
David Asman welcomed Liz Claman to the FBN team this afternoon. Claman announced that at 4pm Warren Buffett would be answering questions on “things that he has not yet commented on”…
David Asman: The biggest news of the day starts right here at FOX Business - Liz Claman, joining the FOX Business Network. There she is! Ladies and gentlemen, Liz is going to be joining me each afternoon just about this time at 2pm. But, this afternoon, Liz, you’re not here. You’re in Omaha, Nebraska. Tell us why?
Liz Claman: Dagen, David, it is so good to join the FOX Business family. I am here because Omaha, Nebraska is actually center court Wimbledon for capitalists. It’s the home of Warren Buffett, the Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, of course one of the most successful holding companies of all time. I can guarantee you that at some point you have used or eaten something that Warren Buffett owns whether it’s Fruit of the Loom, wearing that, or Sees chocolates, Dairy Queen, Clayton Homes. He is arguably the most successful, most genius business investor and stock investor of all time. And, today, at 4pm EST, he is going to join us on FOX Business and we are going to have exclusive questions for him, things that he has not yet commented on.

Liz, Liz, Liz!!! What’s with the hair?! You look like my 5th grade teacher :( (*tear*)

Yeah, not a good choice of color for her hair… she doesn’t look as serious either

are you kidding? she looks amazing. better than ever. sounds great too.

Her hair is pretty long but she always gets it cut shorter. I have no problem with her hair…. maybe not the short short look she had back in the day. Heidi Collins pulls the short look off though.

I’ve never seen her so happy before. She seems thrilled with her new assignment.
But now I’m really starting to feel bad. We’re hearing all of these great stories they’re putting on FBN, yet many our cable providers (mine included) are not carrying the network. Does anyone think they’ll do a webcast, podcast or anything - it seems like a likely alternative until more cable carriage is available.

You need to call your cable company and get them to add the channel… that is why they are doing this… they are giving people interesting stuff, and if they can’t get it… it will create demand, and when there is demand, there will be a response by cable companies.

Liz is such a pro. Phew… cause they have alot of women there not really ready for primetime and you can just see the differance.
Missy, what cable co. are you with?

CNBC Live to your desktop.

Good link ryano (I used to use that at work), but they only show the Closing Bell (3:30-5) and Fast Money (5-6) and MAYBE like 30 minutes of SOTS sometime between 9 and 10am. The rest of it is CNBC TV-18 programming…

Honestly, she looks horrid in that shot, I mean, I never remember her looking anywhere near that bad on CNBC.

Interesting that FoxBusiness.com hasn’t yet acknowledged Liz.

“You looklike my 5th grade teacher”, eh #1? She can teach me & keep me “abreast-s” of the business world any day. She does look a bit like Ms. Landers on the “Leave it to Cleavage” TV show back in the day. hubba hubba
