Liz Claman is great…

Marketwatch’s Jon Friedman thinks so

Liz Claman, the former CNBC star anchor who joined Fox Business Network on Thursday, showed on day one that she offers the new network tremendous benefits.

She conducted a one-hour, one-on-one interview with billionaire investor Warren Buffett, serving notice that FBN is for real. The implication: If The Oracle of Omaha is taking us seriously, you should, too.

Claman’s daily afternoon program will also serve as a nifty lead-in for “Happy Hour,” which might well be the most-talked-about show so far on FBN.

“Happy Hour” is lively, irreverent (to say the least) and fun to watch. It strikes me as being the FBN segment that has the biggest potential to become a breakout star.

  2. Should Friedman even be writing about CNBC or Fox Biz anymore, considering the large conflict of interest that exists now?

  3. Liz can only be great on FOX right? How can she be great on the other network if no one is watching.
