On slide one, where they properly identified her… they still spelled Brzezinski wrong…

It’s kind of funny when the network appears to be trying to be making a star our of her (words of people around here, probably others too) but can’t even recognize her. Either way, the group of photos kinda shows off the set pretty well.

Andrea Mitchell is a biased left-winger spewing her DNC talking points who has been around much too long. Mika is a biased left winger (what do you expect since her Daddy worked for Jimmah Carter - the worst president in history) who has been around too long already. The next Andrea Mitchell?? Is that a compliment or a curse?

I’ve never detected any biases in Mitchell’s reporting. I can remember when she was accused of being too chummy with the Bush administration. If both sides are pissed at her, must mean she’s doing her job. I have no idea what Mika’s political leanings are. But come on, how bad is it when your own network doesn’t know who you are and can’t spell your name correctly? Are they letting the interns do the heavy lifting at MSNBC to save $$$?

I watched MJ this morning for the first time in many, many months from 7:45-9:00 AM. Heard the Rush Limbaugh interview. The show is unwatchable. The set is too glitzy, the camera moves around too much. The interview with Limbaugh was AWFUL…now that I got that out of my system, I don’t have to watch again!

Alison, I can’t remember the date but Imus stated an observation of Andrea Mitchell, when she was on Chris Matthew’s segment MSNBC…Imus stated, it looked like Andrea Mitchell, was going to start crying, when George W Bush was announced the winner for President 2004. Andrea Mitchell biased absolutely! I don’t watch MSNBC so I don’t care that Mika has to be compared to somebody else…must mean she doesn’t have a strong on air presences of her own?

Andea a pro…loved her growing up in Philly. Mika just flirts with the camera…who’s she looking at anyway?

The only way I’ll watch MJ is if they got rid of Glenn Close and put someone like JJ Ramberg on in a tight sweater.

All I’ve ever seen Mika do is pout - is she actually a newscaster? Who knew? I saw a few minutes of the new set and it looks like Good Morning America with terrible graphics and chirpy music. I’m so happy Imus wasn’t subjected to it after all. Robin & Co is my morning show - she’s very pleasant and actually gives me the news unlike MJ which rarely covers much.

If you don’t think Mitchell is biased liberal reporter you probably think Dan Rather is a conservative. LOL. Mitchell follows the liberal one sided template like it a faith.
I think NBC is on its way to becoming just like CNN. Irrelevant and dishonest. If it were not a monopoly problem GE should sell it to Murdock who could shake it up and get it back on course.

I watched it for the first time this morning just out of curiosity. Too Much Yellow!! The set is awful, too glitzy, Mika trying to show leg, Joe sitting alone at the little desk in the middle of what looks like a gigantic warehouse. The interview with Rush seemed uncomfortable because I have heard both of them trash one another. The camera movements make me dizzy and I will never watch this pitiful show again. MSNBC should be embarassed.

Rich,
I love it! Who IS she looking at? A mirror image of herself perhaps, reflected in the camera lens?
Mika poses more than anyone I have ever seen.
I have tried watching Morning Joe, but it makes me uncomfortable, because the three hosts look so uncomfortable. Willie, most of all. What is his role, exactly?

I am watching HLN more and more. Fox and Friends, it can’t hold my attention it moves too slow or it is too bland something? At least with HLN, I know I get the news refreshed every half hour, I did get the cross promotional of Planet in Peril this morning it was done well enough that I am going to catch the special..if it looks like a leftist lovefest, I will turn the channel. When IMUS is back on Air in Dec 3rd., I won’t be listening to any of these networks, in the morning. Get that FOX,CNN HLN the new IMUS program, needs a simulcast…want ears and eyeballs?

All,
Turns out you don’t have to watch Imus’s replacement if you don’t want to.

Cella, you’re right on! Willie acts like he’s being forced to sit in his chair! This show is the pits but unfortunately there’s nothing else MSNBC has to put in its place!

Maybe she can ask daddy why the Jonestown massacre was national security issue that is still shrouded in secrecy.

I never thought Andrea Mitchell was biased until her catty remarks about Sarah Palin. Man, Mitchell can’t even conceal her contempt for the Republican pick. My eyes were opened to Mitchell’s liberal bias, and now I see it in little ways.

mica is a self absorbed poser. She is incabable of not staring into the camera with a wink wink, all knowing nod to which she perceives to be her adoring public. She is con stantly interrupting interesting banter with strange grunts an groans, and other bizarre affectations. I do not know how scarborough and the other guests can tolerat her. They deliberately keep their gaze away from her but she will interject anyway mandating her participation in every aspect of every conversation……dump her msnbc now
