Planet in Peril: Fast Nationals…
Here are Fast National numbers for Planet in Peril last night vs. the previous four weeks 9-11 time period. For the uninitiated, Fast Nationals are not the final 3a-3a numbers you see posted on the blogs at the end of the day so expect these numbers to change somewhat.
Good, but considering all the hype…not that good. I mean, I think even those God Warrior specials pulled in higher #s *without* the massive promotion that PIP got. Sad fact is BOR can pull in bigger numbers on a regular night…kind of a letdown I guess.

Let me rephrase that since it seems I was cut off…..
Looking at it, the largest problem probably was the breaking news that really flared up that evening and the possibility people turned to other channels to see live coverage. Still, not a bad evening for CNN though
