Schonfeld on the numbers…

The most striking number in the October ratings is 7%. That’s 7% more primetime Fox News total persons viewing this year than last October. In every other category Fox lost. Of course, CNN lost viewers in every meaningful category, while NBC’s audience gains flattened or disappeared. Here’s a look:

  1. it has to be comforting for MSNBC to see that it leads among the 18-34 year olds. As those aging Fox viewers die off…

  2. randy… you know that people don’t die after they hit 34 right. I know 18 seems ‘pretty old’ to you now… but trust me, in a few years… 34 won’t seem that far off.

  3. Does Schonfeld even read his own writing?
    CNN gained in two of the very demo’s he listed!

    As far as Qlbermann being “underrpaid” Shonfeld is off his Olber-lovin rocker.

  5. Yes, but how many times have you actually watched an entire BO in the last year? And, by the way, the king of the Big Top is KO.
