They seriously need to get the hell out of the basement. It was funny when it first happened to Shep, but now it’s just sad. Shep and company need to go back up to Studio B and kick FBN out of there! In addition, Rupert and Roger should buy the Kinko’s next door and turn that space into a new studio. I believe it has two floors.

The “basement” really isn’t that bad, when you walk out of the studio, you are a short walk from lots of stuff. It’s really nice when it’s raining or snowing or really cold and windy out during the winter. See the link below for more info..
