ICN in NYC: CNBC…

I walked inside and said, “I have to work at this place!”

- two individuals, anonymous of course, who I talked to today

Walking through the doors at CNBC Global Headquarters and around the corner and you are immediately awestruck by the sheer size of CNBC’s newsroom. To say it’s big just doesn’t do it justice. A special ICN shout out goes to the CNBC talent, who shall remain anonymous, who correctly I.D.’d the Nicole Miller tie I was wearing without any prompting on my part. Very, very suave.

I’ll have more on CNBC when I return home…

  1. Yeah, you’d love working there. Peanuts is what they pay, and it’s truly in the middle of nowhere. It’s almost as bad as Bristol, CT or Atlanta, GA as far as cheap-paying broadcast outposts go.

  5. Englewood Cliffs is just over the George Washington Bridge and up the road 4 miles from New York City.

  6. 300000 sq. ft. and bursting at the seams. Spud, do you remember the name of the person who gave you the tour?
