Kozlowski letter aired exclusively on FBN…
Tonight on FBN, Neil Cavuto read on-air a letter that convicted ex-Tyco Chief Dennis Kozlowski sent exclusively to FOX Business Network. In it, Kozlowski expresses his shock and devastation of losing his appeal. Kozlowski said, “I will continue to do all that is possible to continue to appeal within the New York State justice system. Beyond that, I would seek all legal remedies available to me.”

I wish Mr. Kozlowski best wishes in his next step to become free. It is so unfortunate this judicial system concentrates so much time on political cases and doesn’t pay that same type of attention on the real criminals. Maybe the state of NY should go after the Board at Tyco - that makes more sense! Afterall, it was Kozlowski that made Tyco into a 40 billion dollar company - what did the Board do - became jealous of the money Koz made - NOT FAIR!

While I agree that the Tyco board is guilty of not doing their jobs properly (or more), Mr. K deserves what he got. Having people close to me who have worked with higher ups in what was the Tyco machine, this is far more than a case of politics and/or jealousy. His conviction was fair. Kinda interesting that he only released his letter to FBN.
