Truth is, MS was forced to focus group the tie because Tucker absolutely refused to get rid of it - everyone knew it was awful and that viewers hated it, but it took the results of a focus group actually being shown to him before he finally submitted.

Now they should show him all the subsequent focus group results and maybe he’ll quit altogether.
