  1. I like this format.

  2. Great formatting!!

For the mornings, interesting that CNBC rivals CNN in total figures…but their demo is really weak (is that even right?!)

And Rick has been doing REALLY, REALLY well this week (and a few days last) — he even beat AC360 in the demo last night! I have a hard time seeing how Campbell can do much better than that.

Question though: Spud, remember you said a few weeks back (after your trip from NYC) that Rick got a “good” office in NYC? Any idea if they have any plans for Rick after February when Campbell comes on board? They must if they moved him to that office, no? (you seemed to make it a pretty big deal, so just curious…)

  3. Why not drop the last three digits? That ought to leave room for live-only numbers and allow a convenient comparison.

  4. I noticed that after posting data using the Blogsome html editor I could then left/center/right justify the numbers using the wysiwyg editor.

  6. How long has Dobbs been beating Shep in the demo?

    Comment by craig gordon — December 14, 2007 @ 10:56 pm

  7. #6. He’s beaten Fox in that hour twice, but Shep wasn’t anchoring both times. Trace Gallagher was in for Shep yesterday.

  8. How long has Beck been beating Matthews in the demo?

This format looks good; easy to read. Even better than with the old data provider.

  14. Do you really think Trace Gallagher had something to do with the numbers since he wasn’t announced the previous day.
Also I believe Laurie Dhue filled in the other time numbers where down and she was announced. Just wondering if a substitute anchor for one day makes such a difference.

  15. Great format Spud.

    Comment by Aaron — December 15, 2007 @ 10:26 pm

  16. Please keep the 11pm numbers. I like seeing O’Reilly repeat beat the competitor networks.
