My grad school prof in U.S foreign policy was the former CIA station chief in Pakistan. I’ve written much on Pakistan the past few months. These TV talking heads have no clue. They reported the absurd BS spin (Benazir fell on a “sun roof lever”) from the corrupt terrorist toady Musharraf as though it were fact. Cable TV is constitutionally unable to process complex political intrigue.

I watched Wolf’s interview. That was some exclusive, indeed. Zardari accused Musharraf and his government of assassinating Bhutto, and he said he didn’t believe that any al Qaeda faction was behind the killing. This story is going to get even bigger, and that is quite worrisome.

As a side note, WaPo is featuring a column by Bob Novak today which deals with this subject. The last few paragraphs seem to echo what Zardari said.

Marty, your comments are dead-on. Benezir death was a result of targeted killing by Musharraf. The real terrorist element in Pakistan, in reality is MQM Muhajir Quami Movement (Muhajie meaning Refugees) and this was Musharraf’s party whose Chief Altaf Hussain commonly known as “The Don” sits in London and has blood of thousands of innocent residents of Karachi. The second party being Al Qaida.
Musharraf was a scumbag who used and pilfered U.S tax payer money in billions, used his own terrorist party (MQM) to assassinate his opponents through paid killers associated with MQM. While U.K and USA demand the head of Osama from Pakistan, I wish the Pakistani leaders demand the head of “The Don” of MQM Altaf Hussain who sits in London and responsible for over 10,000 deaths of innocent Pakistanis.
Let them extradite this monster from London and follow Canada’s stance of declaring this party MQM as a terrorist party.
