  1. There is no doubt about Jon Klein deciding to team
Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper is paying off big
time. From debates to primaries Blizter and Cooper are
putting up some amazing numbers. The blending of ol
school and new school seems to pull in huge numbers.
Add in the technology monster that has been brought in
the mix that will be hard to top. What John King did
last night with the touch screen was too cool on another
level. How the MSM and blogs have missed this one is
a million dollar mystery. CNN called the 10pm hour
and FNC decided to go with Hannity and Colmes at 11.
Super Tuesday is going to be something.

  2. Sorry about that CNN called the 10pm hour AC 360.
Ironically, it turned out to be the highest rated
    hour of the night.

  3. Though I like Fox News, their coverage has been lacking. CNN’s election center is top notch, I might even call it beautiful. I found myself switching to CNN to watch the multi touch screens and the pretty graphics. Fox was using green screens and a portable studio. They need to make a similar election center and put Michael Barone in it. Michael Barone knows more about elections then John King but they had him in a off site studio with out any graphics or county displays. Fox better fix it before super tuesday or their are going to be a lot of election nights in which they lose to CNN.

  4. #3 I agree I like CNN’s set better than FOX. CNN is easier to watch while Fox has way too much analyzing.

But Fox still rules cable news overall.

  5. Once again, does this mean the whole “best political team on television” advertising, plus all the cross promotional stuff with YouTube and whatnot works? Maybe. Skimming the channels last night, I personally stayed with MSNBC for awhile when I watched since they seemed somewhat alive with Joe’s little team being somewhat interesting, but also, it was kinda funny to watch John King have problems with the big ‘ol touchscreen, having the wrong county pop up or just nothing happen at all. Gotta love it.

Still, overall, I stayed with MSNBC when I watched coverage last night, but CNN definitely made a good choice in their revision of the L3 showing the Dem/Rep races at the same time. If anything, CNN’s L3 is probably the best at this point, followed by MSNBC if they’d redo their poll counter on the bottom instead of reusing the ‘04/’06 edition, and last FNC since they are still living to make the titles of correspondents so large you can see them from a mile away and the overall point their setup still needs some modifications that will probably never come.
