Carol Costello in Philly?

CNN’s Carol Costello was spotted at CBS3 last week, interviewing for the anchoring chair formerly held by Alycia Lane. A job here would put the New York-based Costello closer to her husband, Timothy Law Snyder, who last year moved from Fairfield U in Connecticut to a high-level job at Loyola College in Maryland.

A job there would also give Carol more than the meager “news break” position on TSR she has now! So, do me a favor and stop playing the husband card.. and just say she isn’t happy with her limited amount of “camera hamming” time.

I used to like Carol, but she now seems extremely partisan (liberal) for a news reader. I hope she gets the job in Philadelphia.

Missy, Carol works at Cnn. Do you know of any of the on-air talent that isn’t liberal? She may get the job in Philly, but there will be another liberal partisan hack ready and waiting to take her place at Cnn. Conservatives need not apply there.

Costello is overtly partisan, but she’s really no more so than that Best Political Team on Television. Tonight, they’ve got John Roberts, Gloria Borger, Roland Martin and Jeff Toobin. Now, I know Roberts, Martin and Toobin are all libs, and I can only guess that Borger must be as well. Where’s the balance? I guess they stick old Bill Bennett on the panel once in a while, but he’s about it for any kind of conservative representation at that channel. Instead of Best Political Team on Television, let’s try The Most Slanted Political Team on Television. And they accuse FOX of being one sided. What a joke.
